Vaughn Millette founded and built out Outback Presents, which during his tenure as owner and CEO became the largest independent concert promoter in the world, growing it to execute thousands of major concerts per year. He has since played the lead role in building Super League Basketball in the UK from scratch after the prior league entered bankruptcy while overseeing his own team, the Sheffield Sharks.

His approach combines deep industry expertise with a bias towards action to deliver tangible results that drive long-term value.
